37% of American adults consuming fast food is a little more than one-third of the population. It’s not really surprising, though. Fast food is so convenient and delicious. Sometimes, you just don’t have time to cook a meal and go for a quick burger or a slice of pizza. I mean, I’m guilty of it too. 

But we should all try to reduce our fast food consumption slightly. It’s not the healthiest option, and eating fresh and homemade food is always better than store-bought. Plus, think of all the money we could save if we cooked at home instead of always going out to eat all the time.
