#17: The Mug of Disillusionment
Online, it glowed like art — a radiant, book-stacked mug that looked straight out of a cozy fantasy café. What arrived, however, was a clunky hunk of resin that somehow managed to drain both your wallet and your faith in online shopping. The “handmade charm” feels more like “factory oops.”

It’s technically shaped like books, but only if those books survived a kiln fire. The metallic cup insert adds a touch of sci-fi to what was supposed to be whimsy. Maybe it won’t bring “reading happiness,” but it’s perfect for sipping disappointment with style.
