#3: The Sandwich Scam
At first glance, it’s the perfect deli club — thick slices of ham, a generous layer of cheese, and pillowy white bread packed neatly in plastic. But peel back that label and reality hits harder than stale crust: it’s all façade, a front-loaded illusion of fullness.

This is deception in carbohydrate form. The first bite might taste like promise, but the rest is pure betrayal — dry, empty, and spiritually unfulfilling. Somewhere in a boardroom, a sandwich engineer probably called this “efficient packaging.” We call it what it is: bread-based heartbreak.
